2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者静息心率与冠状动脉病变的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨．型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者静息心率与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法纳入本院内分泌科和心血管科收治的146例2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者，根据静息心率(RHR)进行四分位法分组，分别为N1组(47～67次／分，34例)，N2组(68～72次／分，35例)，N3组(73～77次／分，41例)，N4组(78～98次／分，36例)，观察四组间临床资料及冠状动脉造影检查结果，分析静息心率与冠状动脉病变的相关性。结果代谢综合征患者静息心率与冠状动脉病变程度之间有正相关。结论在．型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者中，静息心率与冠状动脉病变关系明确。Objective To investigate the correlation between resting heart rate( RHR) and coronary artery disease of patients with type 2 diabetes( T2DM) and metabolic syndrome( MS). Methods 146 patients with T2 DM and MS were divided into four groups according to quartile of RHR: RHR47-67bpm( n = 34); RHR68-72bpm( n = 35); RHR73-77bpm( n = 41);RHR78-98bpm( n = 36). The Clinical data and the results of selective coronary angiography for each group were observed,then the relationship between RHR and coronary artery disease was investigated. Results There was a relationship between RHR and coronary artery disease in MS. Conclusions The relationship between RHR and coronary artery disease in patients with T2 DM and MS is definite.
