摘 要:在稠油热采固井技术中,固井地锚通过对套管柱预应力处理,从而防止套管在高温注汽条件下损坏。地锚作为一种重要的固井工具,主要通过喷嘴对循环钻井液的节流作用,实现压降产生动力推动锚爪张开,实施预应力固井作业。喷嘴的水力性能直接决定着固井地锚工作可靠性。借助CFD仿真软件分析比较了圆柱形直喷嘴、圆锥形喷嘴2种喷嘴水力性能,确定固井地锚喷嘴采用圆柱形直喷嘴结构,并对φ25mm、φ30mm、φ37mm 3种孔径圆柱形直喷嘴进行水力循环试验,测试了不同孔径喷嘴水力性能参数,以提高地锚工作可靠性。研究结果对于地锚结构设计以及稠油热采预应力固井作业具有指导作用。In cementing technology of heavy oil thermal recovery,the treatment of prestress of the cementing anchors for the casing string can prevent the casing damage in high temperature steam injection conditions.The anchor as an important cementing tool,controls the throttling of circulation of drilling fluid through the nozzle and achieves the pressure drop to generate power to promote fluke penetrating into the formation to achieve prestress cementing.The hydraulic performance of the nozzle directly determines the reliability of cementing anchors.By analyzing the CFD simulation software,the hydraulic performance both of the straight cylindrical nozzle and conical nozzle are compared,it determines that a straight cylindrical nozzle is used as the cementing anchor;and hydraulic cycle tests are carried out forφ25,φ30and φ37of straight cylindrical nozzles for verifying the hydraulic performance parameters of different diameters of nozzlesto improve the reliability of anchors.It provides guidance for anchor design and for the cementation of thermal recovery of heavy oil.
