从胡希恕医学思想浅析阳痿、遗精、早泄

摘　　要：阳痿、遗精、早泄是临床上男科常见疾病,胡希恕善用经方治疗。笔者根据伤寒原文结合先生医案及自身临床经验分析,先生辨遗精、早泄多由下焦虚寒、虚阳上亢所致,故临症常以桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤合熟附子、白薇治疗;而阳痿则主因阳气虚于下,气虚郁结血水停滞,阳气不达所致,故常以四逆散合当归芍药散为基础治之,疗效显著。Hu Xishu is experienced with classical prescription medication for treating Impotence, emission and prospermia that arecommon in andrology. And the writer analyzed Hu’s clinical thoughts based on original text of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases,Hu’s case records and the writer’s own clinical experiences. For emission and prospermia, Professor Hu differentiated the syndromes aslower-jiao deficiency cold and hyperactivity of deficient yang, and medicated Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction added with preparedaconite root and cynanchum atratum for treatment; while impotence was differentiated as lower-jiao deficiency of yang, deficiency andstagnation of qi, retention of blood and water leading to yang-qi no reaching and medicated Sini Powder combined with Danggui ShaoyaoPowder, with significant effects.
