采用四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探寻四君子汤对中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证的治疗效果。方法:将本院收治的90例确诊为脾胃气虚证的患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规疗法治疗,观察组在常规疗法基础上辅以四君子汤进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果和后期复发情况进行分析对比。结果:观察组患者总体有效率高于对照组,并且治疗后的复发率低于对照组,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:四君子汤能够有效的提高中医内科疾病脾胃气虚证患者的治疗效果,降低复发率,值得推广。objective To explore the curative effect of Sijunzi Decoction on treatment of TCM internal medical diseases with spleenand stomach qi deficiency syndrome. Methods： 90 cases in our hospital diagnosed with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome wererandomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The observationgroup, on the basis of conventional therapy, added Sijunzi Decoction. The curative effect and recurrence of patients in the two groups wereanalyzed and compared. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control groupand the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control groupt. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Sijunzi Decoctioncan significantly improve the curative effect on patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome of TCM internal medical diseases ,and reduce the recurrence rate. It is worthy of widespread in clinic.
