每日唤醒结合中医疗法在机械通气患者镇静中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:评价每日唤醒结合中医疗法在机械通气患者镇静中的效果。方法:将2013年1月—2014年1月入住我院ICU行机械通气超过48小时患者随机分为观察组和对照组。分析两组患者呼吸机使用时间和ICU停留时间。结果:两组患者呼吸机使用时间分别为(5.8±3.5)d和(8.5±6.4)d,ICU停留时间分别为(8.2±3.9)d和(10.9±6.5)d,差异均具有统计学意义。结论:每日唤醒结合中医疗法可减少呼吸机治疗时间和重症监护室停留时间。Objective To evaluate the plan in daily arousal sedation during mechanical ventilation effect. Methods： the 2013 Januaryto 2014 January in our hospital ICU mechanical ventilation for more than 48 hours were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group. Analysis of two groups of patients with ventilator use time and ICU stay time. Results： the two groups of patients withventilator use time were （5.8±3.5） and （8.5 ± 6.4）d, D, ICU stay time were （8.2±3.9）d and （10.9 ±6.5）d, the difference wasstatistically significant. Conclusion the daily arousal can reduce ventilator treatment time and ICU stay time.
