一清胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨一清胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法:选取我科门诊玫瑰糠疹患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组32例,对照组28例,治疗组采用一清胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线、外用我院自制甘油薄荷搽剂治疗;对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线、外用我院自制甘油薄荷搽剂治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率90.6%明显高于对照组67.9%,且治疗组所需光疗次数较对照组少。结论:一清胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗玫瑰糠疹临床疗效明显,不良反应较小,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiqing capsule combined with narrow band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） in thetreatment of pityriasis rosea. Methods： 60 cases with pityriasis rosea outpatients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 32 cases in thetreatment group, 28 cases in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with Yiqing capsule combined with NB-UVB,external treated with self-made glycerol menthol liniment treatment; while patients in the control group were treated with NB-UVB withtopical self-made glycerol menthol liniment treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.6% significantlyhigher than that of the control group 67.9%, and the treatment group required phototherapy times lower than those in the control group.Conclusion： The clinical effect of Yiqing capsule combined with NB-UVB has obvious with less adverse reactions, which is worthy ofpromotion.
