摘  要:通过超音速等离子喷涂设备制备了Al2O3-3%Ti O2(AT3)涂层,采用单变量法研究喷涂电流、喷涂距离等工艺参数对涂层沉积率、表面形貌、微观组织的影响。结论表明一定范围内增加电流和喷距会提高AT3涂层的沉积率;随着喷涂距离的增加,涂层的孔隙率稍有增加;随着喷涂电流的增加,涂层相成分更均匀。喷涂前后粉末和涂层表面的物相存在一定的差异:主要表现为衍射峰宽化,出现了少量(Al2O3)1.333等新相。Al2O3-3%TiO2 (AT3) coatings were prepared by the supersonic plasma spraying equipment. Single variable method was used to study the influence of spraying current, spray distance on deposition rate, surface morphology,microstructure of the coatings. The results indicate that increasing spraying current or spray distance to a certain range will increase the deposition rate. With the increase of spray distance, coating porosity increases slightly and with the increase of spraying current, phase composition of the coating is more uniform. There is a clear difference between the original powder and as-sprayed coating that diffraction peak enlarged the width and appeared a few new phase as (Al2O3) 1.333,etc.
