抗战时期陈树人侨汇工作的贡献刍议

摘　　要：从辛亥革命到改革开放新时期,海外华侨在抗战时期的捐输具有承前启后的重要地位.抗战时期,侨汇包括捐输和寄给国内侨眷生活费用等,是抗战军费的主要来源,对于实现我国对外贸易入超具有重要的战略地位.国民党元老陈树人主持战时侨务工作,是承前启后的关键人物,他清廉爱国,以南洋为重点推进爱国救亡侨团建设,以典型指导推进侨汇工作,为侨汇工作做出了不可磨灭的贡献.From the Xinhai Revolution to the reform and opening period, the donation of overseas Chineseduring the Anti-Japanese War played an essential role. The donations and remittances to the domestic falimiesand relatives of overseas Chinese during the Anti-Japanese War are the main sources in military expenditure ofthe Chinese army, and embody the significant strategic position to achieve the favourable balance of the China’sforeign trade. The senior statesman of Kuomintang, Chen Shuren, a honest, incorruptible and patriotic personwho was the key to preside the affairs of overseas Chinese during the war. Foucsed on Nanyang, he propelled thepatriotic and salvation construction and work of overseas Chinese, which made an indelible contribution to thework of remittances.
