让上海郊野公园回归生态本位

摘　　要：推进以郊野公园为重点的大型游憩空间和生态环境建设,是上海打造生态、宜居城市环境的重要内容,也是优化城乡空间布局,促进城乡一体化发展战略转变的重大举措。本文通过对比分析上海拟建郊野公园规划建设现状和国外、香港等郊野公园建设情况,提出上海拟建郊野公园因建设用地占用比例过大、建筑设施过多而存在生态不足问题及其原因,并提出解决郊野公园生态不足问题的主要措施,让上海郊野公园回归生态本位。Promoting the development of large-scale recreation space and ecologicaly based construction in country parks is an important component of making Shanghai an environmentaly sustainable and livable city. This strategy also optimizes the layout of urban space and promotes urban and rural integration. However, there are concerns about development in Shanghai country park, such as the excessive development of new buildings and a high construction-to-land ratio. A comparison is made with HongKong country park, and solutions are proposed to improve the environment of Shanghai country park.
