摘 要:井下钻具振动容易导致地质导向测量仪器损坏,准确判断振动情况并采取相应的技术措施对有效保护仪器意义重大。归纳了振动产生的原因及危害,介绍了PCD探管自带的重力加速度计和振动传感器的实时监测方法及出井后读取报告分析办法,给出了振动判别方法及针对不同振动类型的消减振动具体措施。营13-平31在施工至1 743 m左右时,实时监测发现产生较大振动,钻至1 746 m时信号丢失,起钻后发现信号丢失的原因为仪器连接处进钻井液,根据PCD读取报告分析得知轴向与横向振动较大,通过调整钻具组合再次下井后没有发现振动报警,直至完钻。桩106-平18在钻至2 030~2 040 m时,DDS实时监控提示振动明显,地面扭矩增加,经监测数据分析发生振动耦合,通过降钻压、调转盘转速、处理钻井液等减振措施,DDS振动报警解除,最终顺利完钻。做好振动监测,可以避免由振动导致的钻井事故,为安全高效钻进提供技术支撑。The vibration of downhole drill pipe can lead to FEWD damage easily. It is important to judge the vibration accurately and take appropriate technical measures to protect the geosteering measuring instrument. The causes and damage of downhole drill pipe vibrations were summarized,the real- time monitoring methods of gravity accelerometer in PCD and drillstring dynamics sensor were introduced and the analysis methods of downhole vibration report were discussed,Gives the vibration recognition methods and vibration attenuation measures for different types of vibration were put forward. These methods and measures were used successfully in YING13- P31 and Zhuang106- P18 well and good vibration attenuation effects were obtained. A good vibration monitoring method can avoid drilling accidents caused by vibration and provide technical support for safe and efficient drilling.
