摘  要:沁水盆地煤层气储量较为丰富,煤层埋深较浅,煤储层孔隙度、渗透率低,目前主要以水力压裂改造煤气层储层达到投产增产目的。针对沁水地区浅层煤层气储层地质特征及开发特点,水力压裂地层破裂压力不明显,二次压裂增产效果不理想等问题,开展了煤层气储层多脉冲压裂技术的试验应用研究与探索。重点论述了浅层煤层气多脉冲压裂技术设计方法、装药结构设计、作用机理与工艺设计及全封闭井口多脉冲压裂设计等,总结分析了三口井现场试验的效果及存在的不足。该工艺技术应用试验的成功为浅层煤层气压裂开发提供了新的增产技术与途径。建议进一步完善工艺和优化设计方法,在单井多脉冲试验应用的基础上,开展煤层气多脉冲压裂技术与水力压裂复合工艺研究,以提高综合压裂效果。The coal- bed methane reserves in Qinshui basin are abundant,the buried depth of coal seams is relatively shallow,the porosity and permeability of coal reservoir is low.At present,the hydraulic fracturing to reform coal- bed methane reservoir is the main way to increase production. The increase production of conventional hydraulic fracturing technology in Qinshui coal- bed gas reservoir is unremarkable. According to the geological and development characteristics of coal- bed methane reservoir in Qinshui area,a multi- pulse fracturing technology was studied. The design method of shallow coal- bed gas multi- pulse fracturing technology,function mechanism,process design,and the design of the whole sealing wellhead multi- pulse fracturing were mainly discussed. The test results and defects of multi- pulse fracturing technology in three wells were analyzed and summarized. On the basis of single well multi- pulse test,the process and design were further perfected and optimized,as well as the technology of multi- pulse fracturing and composite hydraulic fracturing suited for coal- bed gas reservoir were developed to enhance comprehensive fracturing effect.
