摘　　要：自动节流控制系统是精细欠平衡/近平衡(控压)钻井实现精细控制井口套压、精确控制井底压力的关键设备之一;该系统独创性应用电动机构自动调节节流阀,系统设计中采用执行机构—伺服控制—上位计算机的三层控制结构,远程控制、本地自动控制和本地手动阀位控制的三种压力闭环控制模式,以及全冗余、热备份和应急通道的安全设计,确保系统的控压精确性、安全性和可靠性,能满足不同施工场所的需要。该系统通过30余口井的现场试验应用表明,能满足精细控压钻井现场需要,经济实用性好,达到国内领先、国际先进技术水平。Automatic choke control system is one of the key equipment for accurately controlling surface casing pressure and bottom hole pressure during precise under- balanced / near-balanced( managed pressure) drilling. This system creatively utilizes electric mechanism automatic adjustment throttle. It adopts the three- tier structure,namely executive mechanism-servo control- host computer system. Remote control,local automatic control and local manual valve control constitutes three pressures closed loop control modes. Except for the three modes,the full redundancy,hot backup and the emergency channel safety design can ensure the accurate,reliability and safety of the pressure control system. Field experiment in more than 30 wells showed that the system could meet the actual need of precise managed pressure drilling and had good economic practicality,this system has reached the domestic leading level and international advanced level.
