摘　　要：目的为完善储血点设置与管理相关政策措施提供依据。方法通过文献查新、问卷调查、分层抽样检查和统计等方法,了解本省储血点的规划设置、运行与管理情况,着重分析存在的主要问题并提出相关政策建议。结果全省85.7%的市州有储血点的设置规划(计划),储血点建成率88.3%,79.1%的储血点运转经费全部由所在医疗机构承担,87.5%的储血点房屋布局符合要求,32.5%的储血点储供血信息与当地血站进行了联网,储血点供给辖区内其他医疗机构的血量占25.3%,储血点为缓解血站供血压力,保障临床用血需要起到了一定的作用。但储血点设置欠合理,民族地区设置过少;政府资金投入少,储血点的建设相对滞后、功能发挥不够好;储血点的管理规定缺失滞后。结论应加快储血点管理标准和规范建设,加大政府经费投入和储血点的管理。Objective To provide references on future policy design for the setup and management of blood storage sites. Methods Through literature research,questionnaire,stratified sampling and statistical analysis,the design plan,operation and management of blood storage sites were further understood. An emphasis was placed on the analysis of the primary problems and relevant resolutions were proposed. Results 85. 7% cities in Sichuan province had a blood storage site setup plan in place. 88. 3% of the sites have been established and in operational status. 79. 1% of blood storage sites' operational funds were supplied by their affiliated hospitals. Only 87. 5% storage sites' setup plans met blood safety standard.32. 5% of the sites networked and transferred information with local blood stations. 25. 3% of the sites supplied blood to other local hospitals. Blood storage sites played a significant role in relieving blood supply tension and ensuring clinical blood use. However,the location of sites lacked rationale,especially a notable shortage of sites was observed in ethnic minority areas.Also,the investment of government fund was insufficient,which resulted in a delay of construction and inferior function of blood storage sites. Site management rules and regulations were either regressive or absent. Conclusion The management standard and regulations of blood storage sites should be designed at a more rapid pace. Government investment and management should be increased in blood storage sites.
