摘 要:目的通过使用自动血液贴签机完成逐袋血液贴签核对入库操作,建立自动贴签全程电子信息化管理模式,以提高血液贴签的安全性及工作效率。方法随机选择1 920袋合格成分血进行贴签核对入库操作,全程贴签分为人工方法和机器方法各960袋。人工方法由一人逐袋贴签,另外一人逐袋核对和入库;机器方法由一人操作机器,机器同时完成逐袋贴签和核对及批次入库,同时通过贴签机管理软件和血站标准化管理系统实现数据信息交换。结果人工方法和机器方法全程贴签工作效率分别为(4.72±0.16)袋/min和(5.35±0.31)袋/min,差异有统计学意义(t=5.55 P<0.05)。机器方法目视检查标签内容合格率100%,五码核对合格率99.375%,在分拣原因中标签纸不规范是主要原因,占50%。通过建立机器自动贴签信息化管理模式可以追溯每袋血液全程贴签的操作者、血液去向、标签打印次数及原因和授权人等数据链。结论贴签机能够完成血液贴签及核对和批次入库三步骤的统一,实现全程贴签电子信息化管理,符合《血站技术操作规程(2012版)》中有关血液贴签的要求。Objective To establish an automatic labeling model in electronic information management for promoting blood security and work efficiency using automatic blood label machine. Methods A total of 1 920 qualified blood component bags were subjected to labeling in the study. These blood component bags were randomly divided into two groups. 1Manual group: each bag was affixed with labels by one staff and stored by another staff. 2 Automatic group: automatic blood label machine was operated by one staff. Pasting and checking the labels on each bag and storing the bags were completed simultaneously. Through administration software,the machine could exchange data with blood center standardized administration system simultaneously. The work efficiencies in both groups were compared and analyzed. Results The work efficiencies in manual and automatic groups were(4. 72 ± 0. 16) bag / min and(5. 35 ± 0. 31) bag / min,respectively. The difference between both groups was statistically significant( t = 5. 55,P<0. 05). In automatic group,the qualified rates of label content and five code consistency were 100% and 99. 375%,respectively. The use of nonstandard label paper was the main reason that led to the defective rate of five code consistency,accounting for 50%. The automatic labeling model was established to ensure the traceability of operator,blood disposition,the number of printing times,the reason and the authorizer for printing labels. Conclusion The automatic blood label machine standardized the process of labeling,checking and batch storing,which helped to execute the whole labeling electronic information management,while at the same time conformed to the quality standards of "Blood Center Technical Operation Procedure(2012 Edition). "
