摘 要:通过搞清红豆杉植物体各部分紫杉醇的空间分布水平,为合理开发红豆杉植物资源提供科学依据。本研究采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对同一株成熟的南方红豆杉不同时期的叶、皮、枝及背光处树叶中紫杉醇含量进行测定。结果表明,随着植物生长的时间变化,树皮中紫杉醇含量(11-17mg/kg)逐渐增高且最多,枝叶中紫杉醇含量(枝13-18mg/kg,叶4-14mg/kg)在下降,但新生的枝叶(枝18mg/kg,叶14mg/kg)却比新皮中(11mg/kg)紫杉醇含量高;同时光照强的叶中紫杉醇含量(26mg/kg)比背光处叶含量(2mg/kg)明显高。对于产业化提取红豆杉中紫杉醇,笔者建议可以利用可再生、生物量大的新生枝叶取代树皮获得更多的紫杉醇产品。The study on spatial distribution of taxol in plant could provide a scientific basis for reasonable development of Taxus chinensis plant resource. This study investigated the paclitaxel content in leaves, barks and branches of different periods and the taxol content in the leaves under light condition in a plant of Taxus chinensis var. mairei, with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the taxol content in the bark (11-17 ms/ks) gradually increased, taxol content in branches (13-18 mg/kg) and leaves (4-14 mg/kg) decreased with accumulated time. The taxol content in the bark of the new branches (18 mg/kg) and in new needles (14 mg/kg) was higher than that in old ones. And taxol content in the leaves under light condition (26 mg/kg) was significantly higher than that in dark condition (2 mg/kg). For industrial extraction of taxol, it suggests that new branches and leaves which are renewable and have high biomass could be used to get more products of taxol.
