摘 要:基于生猪产业与粮食安全的相互依存关系,旨在判断两者的协调发展程度,寻找促进两者协调共生的途径。本研究采用协调度计算方法,构建了生猪产业与粮食安全协调度指标体系,对生猪产业与粮食安全之间的耦合协调关系进行了定量分析。研究根据CCDPIFS的取值将生猪产业分为4种模式并以黑龙江省为例进行了实证检验,结果表明黑龙江省生猪产业处于基本协调模式,通过协调度指标可以有效的描述生猪产业和粮食安全的竞协状态,并可以此为依据调整生产实践。本研究得出结论,可以从保持粮食产量、开发"非粮"饲料、提高饲料利用率以及养殖模式选择等方面促进生猪产业与粮食产业的协调共生。Based on the interdependence of pig industry and food security, this study aimed to determine theextent of the coordinated development between the two aspects and look for ways to promote the development.Taking coordinate calculation method, this study built coordination degree index system between pig industryand food security, and analyzed coupled coordination between pig industry and food security. According toCCDPIFS, pig industry was divided into four modes and empirical test was carried out taking HeilongjiangProvince as an example. The result showed that the pig industry of Heilongjiang Province was basically in acoordinated state. The competition and synergy between pig industry and food security in major grainproducing areas could be efficiently measured, and serve as a basis for the adjustment of production practice. Itwas concluded that keeping food production, developing"non- food"diet, improving feed utilization andbreeding mode selection could promote the coordination of pig industry and food industry.
