行气通腑汤直肠滴入治疗腹股沟疝术后便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨行气通腑汤直肠滴入治疗老年腹股沟疝术后便秘的效果。方法:120例老随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组用行气通腑汤经直肠滴入治疗,对照组用肥皂水直肠滴入治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组96.7%,对照组81.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行气通腑汤经直肠滴入治疗老年腹股沟疝术后便秘比单纯使用肥皂水直肠滴入治疗效果好。Objective： To study the effect of Xingqi Tongfu Decoction rectum drops into effect for the treatment of postoperative constipation elderly inguinal hernia. Method： 120 elderly patients with constipation after the operation of inguinal hernia were divided into two groups evenly in random. 60 cases were treated with Xingqi Tongfu Decoction with enem-d while 60 cases were treated with soapsuds with enem-d as the control group. Result ： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, significantly higher than 81.7% in the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： The effect of Xingqi Tongfu Decoction with enem-d was superior to that of soapsuds on constipation after operation of inguinal hernia of elderly. It＇ s worthy of clinical use.
