中西医结合治疗原发性慢性肾炎蛋白尿50例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗原发性慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,两组均采用西医常规治疗,对照组加肾炎康复片治疗,观察组加健脾益气、清利活血类中药治疗。结果:尿蛋白、尿红细胞、24h尿蛋白定量观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血清白蛋白显著观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗原发性慢性肾炎蛋白尿效果显著。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of TCM and western medicine on primary chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria. Method： 100 cases were randomly divided into control group （n=50） and study group （ n=50 ） .Both groups were treated with conventional treatment of western medicine. The control group were treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablets additionally while the study group were treated with Replenishing spleen qi and clearing and promoting blood circulation Chinese herbs additionally. Result： The urinary protein, urine red blood cell, 24 h urinary protein of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .serum albumin of the study group was significandy higher than that of the control group. There was significant difference has statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine has significant therapeutic effect on primary chronic glomemlonephritis proteinuria.
