摘　　要：预购电是供电公司防范电费风险的有效手段之一,因投入成本较低、维护方便、催费效果明显等特点,目前已经广泛应用于电力营销中。在预购电系统中实行的是预购电量与预付费账户每月滚动抵扣的方式进行预购电结算,其电量根据终端实时读取用户电能表表码确定,电价以用户近3个月平均电价确定,以此计算出来的电费并不能精确地反映客户的真实情况。为解决上述问题,提出了一种更为精确计算预购电客户剩余电费的方式,并在实际系统中得到了验证。Pre electricity is one of the effective means to pre- vent the risk of the electricity supply companies, because of low cost, convenient maintenance, charging effect, has been widely used in electric power marketing. In the pre electricity system the settle- ment manner is pre charges and prepaid accounts rolling deduction monthly. Its power energy is determined according to the terminal user energy meters real-time reading. The price is determined by the nearly 3 months average price of the users. This electricity calculating method cannot accurately reflect the real situation of customers. This article presents a more accurate calculation method which can make accurate calculation for the remaining electricity customers pre purchase, and it is verified hy the actual system.
