摘 要:利用稳态工况法和双怠速法,测试了迈腾和凯越2款试验车在正常情况下和单缸不点火故障时,尾气中HC、CO和NOx 3种污染物排放值,对比分析结果显示:对于有缺火监测功能的车辆发动机,所测故障下尾气中CO、HC的含量相对于正常情况下小幅降低,而NOx含量大幅增加.对于传统发动机,所测故障下的CO、HC和NOx均较之于正常情况下的排放值有所增加.检测数据还显示稳态工况法汽车尾气检测的准确性高于双怠速法.Acceleration simulation mode (ASM) and two-speed idle mode emission tests are conducted for the two test cars: Magotan and Excelle which are in normal condition and in the single cylinder misfire condition. The HC, CO and NOx pollutant emission data of these testing cars are compared and analyzed. The results show that for cars with misfire detection function, the CO and HC emission decreased slightly and the NOx emission increased greatly in misfire condition compared with pollutant emission in normal condition. For the traditional engine without misfire detection function, the CO, HC and NOx emission all increased compared with that in normal condition. The result also shows that the acceleration simulation mode (ASM) has higher accuracy than the two-speed idle mode in the vehicle emission tests.
