摘　　要：目的：总结利用DR摄取婴幼儿胸片的应用技术，选用合适的曝光条件及恰当的摄片时机，为放射科医师的诊断和临床儿科医师的治疗提供准确的影像资料，避免出现伪影且合理地降低辐射剂量。方法利用KODAK公司的Evolntion DR摄片机，选取我院放射科2014年2月～2015年2月摄取婴幼儿胸片1879例，年龄1天～3岁，其中男孩1019名，女孩860名。结果合适的曝光条件及恰当的曝光时机，能够为放射科医师的诊断和临床儿科医师的治疗提供准确的影像资料，并且降低患者辐射剂量。结论 DR摄取婴幼儿胸片在临床治疗中发挥重要作用。Objective Summarize application technology of DR intake of the infant chest radiograph, select the appropriate exposure conditions and appropriate radiography time of diagnosis and clinical treatment accurate image data for the pediatrician and radiologists, avoid the presence of artifacts and reasonably reduce the radiation dose. Methods Selected infant chest radiograph of 1 879 from February 2014 to February 2014 in our hospital by used of Kodak company’s DR radiology, infant age 1 day to 3 years old, there were 1 019 boys, 860 girls. Results Appropriate conditions and exposure time offer accurate image data for radiologist’s diagnosis and clinical treatment of the pediatrician, and reduced the patient radiation dose. Conclusion DR plays an important role in intake infant chest radiograph.
