超声波导入联合丹参酮治疗面部寻常型痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声波导入联合丹参酮治疗面部寻常型痤疮临床效果。方法选取寻常型痤疮患者90例,采用随机抽样方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例;其中对照组患者采用西医常规药物治疗,观察组患者则采用超声波导入联合丹参酮治疗;比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率和复发率。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者随访复发率低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论超声波导入联合丹参酮治疗面部寻常型痤疮临床疗效优于西医常规药物治疗。Objective To explore clinical effects of ultrasonic import combine with tanshinone in treatment of facial acne vulgaris. Methods Selected 90 patients with facial acne vulgaris, divided into the control group and the observation group randomly,each of 45 cases. the control group adopt conventional drug treatment of western medicine, the observation group adopt ultrasonic import combined with tanshinone, compared with the clinical total effects and the recurrence rate. Results The observation group clinical total effects was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had no difference statistical significance. The observation group clinical recurrence rate was lower than the control group, P〈0.05, had no difference statistical significance. Conclusion Compared with clinical effects, ultrasonic importion combined with tanshinone in treatment of facial acne vulgaris possess is better than conventional drug treatment of western medicine.
