手足口病患儿的脑脊液变化分析研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨重症手足口病患儿的脑脊液变化情况。方法重症手足口病患儿分为A、B、C 3组，留取脑脊液3～5 ml。给予脑脊液等常规检查，记录检查指标。结果3组比较，A组脑脊液蛋白质值最高， P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论手足口病患儿脑脊液蛋白质水平可以反应神经系统及心肺功能损害程度，可作为判断病情的重要指标。Objective To explore the changes in cerebrospinal fluid of children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods Divided severe HFMD children into A, B, C three groups, specimens cerebrospinal fluid from 3~5 ml. Given cerebrospinal fluid routine examination, records indicators. Results Compared with the three groups, A group of cerebrospinal fluid protein highest value （P〈0.05） had difference statistically significance. Conclusion HFMD children with cerebrospinal lfuid protein levels may be the extent of heart and lung function damage and reaction system, can be used as an important marker of the disease.
