摘　　要：目的评价“移动护理APP平台”在耳鼻喉科健康教育中的应用效果。方法回顾性选择耳鼻喉科2014年1月～2014年6月入院的483例患者设为对照组，采用常规健康教育；选择耳鼻喉科2014年7月～2014年2月入院的464例患者设为观察组，采用常规健康教育和移动护理APP平台进行健康教育。结果观察组患者在疾病知识、合理饮食、安全防护、术前准备、术后体位、所用药物、生活护理、康复训练8个方面优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在健康教育中应用移动护理APP平台可以弥补传统健康教育的缺陷，有效提升健康教育的效果，提高患者的依从性和满意度。Objective To evaluate the effect on apply＂mobile nursing APP＆nbsp;platform＂to ENT health education. Methods Selected 483 cases patients in ENT from January 2014 to June 2014 retrospectively as control group, adopt the conventional health education, selected 464 cases patients in ENT from July 2014 to December 2014 as observation group, use mobile nursing APP platform for health education and conventional health education. Results The observation group patients signiifcantly better than the control group on eight aspects which are disease knowledge, proper diet, safety protection, preoperative preparation and postoperative posture, the use of drugs, respect life care, rehabilitation training, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Health education using mobile nursing APP platform can compensate the defects of traditional health education, improve the effectiveness of health education effectively and improve patient compliance and satisfaction.
