钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎不稳定骨折伴不全瘫的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨钉棒系统内固定治疗胸腰椎不稳定骨折伴不全瘫的临床效果.方法:选取2012-01/2014-06我院收治的32例胸腰椎不稳定骨折伴不全瘫患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受钉棒系统内固定治疗,回顾性分析32例患者临床治疗资料,比较和总结治疗前后的临床效果.结果:32例胸腰椎不稳定骨折伴不全瘫患者术后椎体前缘高度、cobb角度恢复明显优于术前,治疗效果十分显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义.结论:针对胸腰椎不稳定骨折伴不全瘫患者,采用钉棒系统内固定治疗临床效果显著,操作简单,有利于促进椎体前后缘高度恢复,具有十分重要的临床价值.AIM： To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of internal fixation by nail-stick system on unstable thoracolumbar fractures with incomplete paralysis. METHODS： 32 cases of patients with unstable thoracolumbar fractures with incomplete paralysis admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were taken as research subjects and .all patients underwent internal fixation treatment by nail-stick system. Compare and summarize the clinical effect of internal fixation by nail-stick system before and after treatment by retrospective analysis of clinical treatment data of 32 patients. RESULTS： The anterior height of vertebral bodies and Cobb angle of 32 cases post-operation recovered better than pre-operation and the treatment effect was very significant （P〈0.05） with statistical significance. CONCLUSION： The clinical effect of internal fixation treatment by nail-stick system on unstable thoracolumbar fractures with incomplete paralysis was very obvious and its advantages of easy operation, promotion to restore anterior and trailing edge height of vertebral bodies provided it an important clinical practice value..
