小切口微型锁定钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨小切口微型锁定钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床效果.方法:选取我院2012-02/2014-02收治的50例跟骨关节内骨折患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),对照组患者行传统切口钢板内固定治疗,观察组患者行小切口微型锁定钢板内固定治疗,观察和比较两组患者临床治疗效果.结果:与对照组相比,观察组手术时间、住院时间、切口长度明显降低(P<0.05),但植骨数比较差异无统计学意义;末次随访时,两组患者骨轴长、跟骨宽度、Bohler角、Giss叽e角等比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在临床根骨关节内骨折治疗中,采用小切口微型锁定钢板内固定治疗,创伤小、术后并发症少,安全可靠,临床效果显著,值得临床推广与应用.Objective： Analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of small incision Mini locking plate fixation for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures. Methods： 50 cases of calcaneus were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 ,who were randomly divided into observation group （n=25） and control group （n=25）, the control group underwent conventional incision plate internal fixation for the treatment, and patients in the observation group underwent small incision Mini locking plate fixation for the treatment, the clinical tareatment effect observed and compared between the two groups of patients. Results： Compared with control group, the observation group,operation time, hospitalization time, incision length were decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, but bone number had no significant difference; at the last follow-up, long bone shaft group, calcaneal width, Bohler angle, Gissane angle of two group patients was not statistically significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： In clinical treatment of bone fractures within joint , using small incision Mini locking plate fixation, it would be small trauma, less postoperative complications, safe and reliable, and a significant clinical effect, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
