摘 要:针对水电工程进场公路路基碾压质量控制的要求,研制开发了基于GPS技术、GPRS技术和计算机网络技术的进场公路路基压实质量实时监控系统。通过在压路机上安装高精度GPS接收机和压实及振动监测装置,在碾压过程中自动采集压路机位置坐标、振动频率及压实监测值(CV),在监控客户端实时绘制、显示和查询碾压轨迹、振动频率和CV值,当振动状态不达标时,实时报警。该系统克服了人为粗放控制的弊端以及事后有限抽检存在的偏差,实现了施工过程中对碾压轨迹的精细控制。According to the requirements of construction quality control in the process of subgrade construction of appropriative highway to hydropower project site, a real-time monitoring system of subgrade construction quality is developed based on the technologies of GPS, GPRS and computer network. With the high precision GPS receiver and the devices for monitoring compaction and vibration installed on the roller, the system automates the acquisition of position coordinates, vibration frequency of roller as well as compaction value ( CV), and then the monitoring client compacter can draw, display and inquire the rolling trajectory, vibration frequency and CV in real time. When the vibration state doesn't meet design standard, the system can sand alarm information in real time. It can overcome the shortage of imprecise manual control and the deviation of limited pits sampling after compaction to realize precise control of rolling trajectory.
