摘　　要：通过分析长沙市内某超高层住宅工程特点及设计难点,介绍超高层住宅结构整体计算分析的主要过程,对其结构设计的一些关键性问题做了简要论述。在此基础上,总结分析超高层住宅的结构设计体会,对超高层住宅结构设计提出一些参考意见,以供同类工程设计参考。The object of this paper is to analyze the characteristics of a super-tall residential project and design difficulties in Changsha city, and introduce the high-rise residential structure calculation analysis of the main process, and discuss some key problems of the structure design. Based upon this, high-rise residential structure design experience is analyzed, and some reference opinions to high-rise residential structure design are put forward, which could provide the reference for the similar engineering design.
