河南省罗山县农村居家养老模式的SWOT分析

摘　　要：目的通过SWOT分析方法对"居家养老"模式的农村老年人生命质量现状进行综合评价,旨在为政府提高居家养老服务水平做理论参考。方法采用多阶抽样方法抽取河南省罗山县549名农村老年人为研究对象,运用SWOT分析方法对其生命质量现状进行测评。结果不同养老模式农村老年人生命质量综合评分分别为家庭养老(61.77±19.20)、居家养老(60.68±15.41)和机构养老(54.31±15.01),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。居家养老老年人生命质量得分居中。结论 "居家养老"作为一种新型的养老模式从开始在河南省罗山县试行至今已有近4年时间,试点表明,居家养老模式符合我国"未富先老"的社会特点,适应我国老年人的生活习惯和心理特征,具有良好的发展前景,但居家养老服务是新事物,在发展过程中面临很多问题。本研究以河南为例分析居家养老模式的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并提出对策和建议。[Objective]To evaluate the quality of life in rural elderly people who have received the home-based old-age care pattern by SWOT analysis method, provide the theoretical reference for government to improve the service level of home-based old-age care.[Methods]549 rural elderly people were collected from Luoshan County of Henan Province by multistage sampling method, and SWOT analysis method was used to evaluate their quality of life.[Results]The comprehensive scores of rural elderly people by family support old-age care, home-based old-age care and institution support old-age care was respectively 61.77~19.20, 60.68 ~ 15.41 and 54.31 ＋ 15.01, and the difference was statistically significant （P=0.000）. The quality of life of elderly people receiving the home-based old-age care was medium.[Conclusion]It has been nearly four years since the home-based old-age care pattern were performed in Luoshan County of Henan Province. The results show that the home-based old-age care pattern conforms to the society characteristic of getting old before getting rich, and is suitable for the life habits and psychological characteristics of elderly people in our country, so it has a good development prospect in the future. However, the home-based old-age care service is a new thing, facing many problems in the process of development. This paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of home-based old-age care pattern by the example of Henan Province, and puts forward the countermeasures and advices.
