河北省建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解河北省建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价现状,为卫生监督部门及技术服务部门工作的开展提供参考。方法查阅石家庄市职业病防治院受理的河北省2009—2013年间共计222份建设项目的职业病危害放射防护评价报告,并对上述报告的评价时间、类别、评价单位的分级和目的及项目符合情况和屏蔽涉及情况进行汇总和分析。结果 222份评价项目中有预评价79项,占评价总数的35.6%;自主进行评价的占24.8%;评价项目主要集中在医疗领域的放射诊断与治疗,占到评价总量的98.2%。结论该省建设项目职业病危害放射防护评价工作在近几年取得了一定成效,但是仍然存在许多问题,有待提高。[Objective]To understand the present situation of evaluation of radiation protection in construction projects of Hebei Province, and provide reference for health supervision departments and technical services. [Methods]A total of 222 reports of evaluation of occupational hazards in the construction project on radiological protection made by Shijiazhuang Hospital for Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment in Hebei Province from 2009-2013 were reviewed for analysis of evaluation time, category, classification and purpose of evaluation units and project compliance and shielding situation.[Results]Of 222 reports, 79 were pre-evaluation, accounting for 35.6% of total evaluation, 24.8% were independent evaluation. Most evaluations（98.2%） were radiological diagnosis and treatment in the medical field. [Conclusion]Radiological protection evaluation has achieved a certain success in recent years, but there are still many problems need to be solved.
