摘　　要：目的完成对天津市疾病预防控制(简称疾控)系统第二类疫苗流通及管理现状的调查,为制定第2类疫苗流通管理的相关政策提供参考,进而发挥第2类疫苗预防相关传染病的最大效益。方法在天津市各区县疾控机构辖内随机抽取18家接种单位,采取问卷及访谈的方法对2013年1月1日—2014年6月30日的第2类疫苗流通及管理情况进行调查。结果 2013年1月1日—2014年6月30日,第二类疫苗3种流通形式(包括市疾控中心采购供货、区县疾控中心采购供货、接种单位自行采购)分别占比例为84.06%、9.90%和6.04%,调查对象中有25%的单位建议对现行流通模式进行调整;2013—2014年天津市使用的疫苗品种数较2011年减少了25.81%,接种总数提高了3.84%,但接种告知率仅为35.52%。结论第2类疫苗的推广、供应渠道管理和接种管理仍存在一定的问题,需进一步完善相关政策和法律法规,最终发挥其最大的经济效益。[Objective]To complete the survey about the currency and management status of category B vaccines in center for disease control and prevention （CDCs） of Tianjin, provide a reference for developing the relevant policies on the currency and management of category B vaccines, and play the maximum benefit of category B vaccines on preventing diseases.[Methods]18 vaccination institutions were randomly selected from district/county-level CDCs in Tianjin, and the currency and management status of category B vaccines from January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014 were investigated by the questionnaire and the interview. [Results]From January 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014, three distribution channels, namely purchased and supplied by Tianjin CDC, purchased and supplied by district/county-level CDC, and purchased by vaccination institution, accounted for 84.06%, 9.90% and 6.04%, respectively. 25% of the institutions suggested that the current mode should be adjusted. Compared with 2011, the number of vaccine varieties in Tianjin from 2013-2014 has reduced by 25.81%, and the total number of vaccination has increased by 3.84%, but the rate of vaccination notice was only 35.52%. [Conclusion]There are still some troubles in promotion, supply channel management and vaccination management of category B vaccines. It is urgent to improve the relevant policies, laws and regulations, to produce the maximal economic effect.
