两种PBL连接件对波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁力学性能的影响研究

摘  要:以某波形钢腹板桥为依托工程,研究了两种常用PBL剪力连接件的构造特点;分析比较了两种剪力连接件对波形钢腹板PC组合梁应力分布特点。研究表明:采用Twin-PBL连接件的波形钢腹板的局部模型力学性能更优。主要是由于该连接件的纵向刚度相对于S-PBL+栓钉连接件的纵向刚度更强。另外,采用数值模拟相比实体试验可以节约大量试验成本。该方法可用做试验辅助方法。On the basis of a bridge with the corrugated steel webs, the construction features of two PBL shearconnectors are studied, and the effects of two shear connectors on the stress distribution of pre-stressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs are analyzed and compared. The study shows that the mechanical property of the partial model of corrugated steel webs with Twin-PBL connector is better mainly because of the longitudinal stiffness of this shear connector better than that of the S-PBL + stud connectors.In addition, the use of numerical simulation can save a lot of experimental cost by comparing with the practical test. Therefore, this method can be used as an auxiliary method of testing.
