摘　　要：辽宁省水利建设市场信用信息平台是依托"全国水利建设市场信用信息平台"框架建立的,目前收录并发布了350余家水利市场主体及其执(从)业人员的信用信息,对12家有不良行为的市场主体和个人进行了失信曝光,添加应用了"守信激励、失信惩戒"模块。平台在省内水利市场准入、招标投标、资质(资格)管理等方面发挥着重要作用。本文详细介绍了该平台的组成和功能,以及与全国平台的数据联通方式和相关制度建设。Liaoning water conservancy construction market credit information platform is established based on ＇National water conservancy construction market credit information platform＇ frame. Credit information of more than 350 water conservancy market main bodies and employees thereof has been collected and published at present. Faith breaking of 12 bad behavior market main bodies and individuals have been exposed, ＇ trustworthy incentive and disciplinary punishment modules have been added. The platform is playing an important role in provincial water conservancy market access, tendering and bidding, qualification management and other aspects. In the paper, the composition and functions of the platform, data communication mode with national platform and related system construction are introduced in detail.
