摘　　要：文章用社会心理理论和演化博弈模型解释了城市环境群体性事件演化的决定因素,并且以昆明PX事件为例,用实证数据论证了愤怒、恐惧情绪指数及群体的情绪感染在该类事件中起到的作用,为预防和应对此类事件提出了公共治理的方法。This article analyzes the evolutionary decisive factors in the mass participation triggered by environmental issues with social psychology and evolutionary game theories. In addition, it takes the Kunming PX case as an example to confirm the functions of anger, fear feeling indexes and emotional contagion in this kind of incidents. At last, it supplies the public governance theory to prevent and cope with these incidents.
