摘 要:目的探讨柴苓护肝颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定柴苓护肝颗粒中总多糖的含量,以总多糖含量为考察指标,选用L9(34)正交设计对加水倍数、煎煮次数、煎煮时间、醇沉浓度4个因素进行优化。结果柴苓护肝颗粒的最佳提取工艺为浸泡0.5 h,提取3次,每次提取2 h,加水量为10倍,醇沉浓度为50%。结论该工艺稳定可行,合理可靠。Objective To discuss the best extraction method of Chailinghugan Granules. Methods The content of polysaccharide in Chailinghugan Granules was determined by UV-visible spectrophotometry. Content of polysaccharide was selected as assessment index. Four factors were studied by L9(34) orthogonal design, including soaking period, water amount, decocting time and decoction times. Results The optimum extracting condition of Chailinghugan Granules was soaking medical materials in water for half an hour, boiling three times, extraction of 2 hours each time, the amount of used water was ten times the weight of the drug mixture, alcohol concentration was 50%. Conclusion This process is stable and feasible, reasonable and reliable.
