摘  要:社会经济的发展进步,带来了社会卫生需求的变化,胜任能力的培养将成为未来医学教育的目标。从胜任能力的内容和评价体系来看,人文素质是医学生胜任能力的主要组成部分和重要支撑。然而,目前我国医学生人文素质教育存在的问题和日益紧张的医患关系,都暴露出现有人文素质教育存在弊端,不能适应社会卫生事业发展的需要。医学生人文素质教育要适应未来医学教育改革,就必须建立与之相适应的教学理念和教学体系,以胜任能力为导向的医学生人文素质培养模式可以作为新的探索和尝试。The development of world's economy and society brought changes to social hygiene. Cultivation of personnel competency is becoming future medical education target. From the content of competency and its estimation system, humanistic quality is an important constituent part of competency of personnel. However, the problems of humanistic quality cultivation and the tension between doctors and patients indicates that the humanistic quality education still needs to be improved. In order to adapt to the future medical education reform, a suitable teaching theory and system needs to be established. And a new mode of competency-directed humanistic quality cultivation for medical college students needs to be explored.
