摘 要:受年龄、社会阅历等因素影响,大学生群体所展现的人格特征不仅与社会工作人员不同,同时其群体内部不同个体的人格具有也有较大差异性。有研究表明,不同人格的用户在网络环境中时可能展现出不同的行为,但人格影响学科导航工具使用行为的具体机制尚不明确。该文以大学生群体为研究对象,基于人格视角,研究人格、满意度、信任和学科导航工具持续使用行为的关系,建立了个性对学科导航工具持续使用行为的影响模型,探索人格对学科导航工具持续使用行为的影响机制。通过对大学生群体网络用户的调研,收集了418份有效问卷,基于结构方程建模方法进行了实证分析。结果表明:大学生群体人格因素中,宜人性和聪慧性对LibGuides安全性感知、便利性感知、质量感知和服务感知上有显著的正向影响;大学生群体的LibGuides质量感知、LibGuides服务感知和安全性感知对满意度有显著的正向影响,并通过信任进一步影响大学生群体的学科导航工具持续使用意愿。Due to the differences in age, social experience and other factors, personality characteristics of the college students are not only different from adults, but also be with big individual differences within their internal group. Previous studies have shown that different personalities of the users in the network may show different behaviors during the IT use process, but specific mechanism of personality influencing use behavior of LibGuides is still unclear. Taking college students as research object, based on the perspective of personality, we studied the relationship among personality, user satisfaction, trust and LibGuides continued use behavior and developed the model of personality influencing LibGuides continued use behavior, and explored the mechanism of personality's influence on the LibGuides continued use intention. We collected 418 valid questionnaires from web users among bachelors or masters and carried on the empirical analysis based on structural equation modeling method. The results show that personality factors, agreeableness as well as intelligence of young people and a significant positive impact on the quality perception of LibGuides, the security perception of LibGuides, as well as the perception of service. In addition, the quality perception of LibGuides, the perception of service and the perception of ease to use have a significantly positive effect on satisfaction; the satisfaction using LibGuides has significantly positive effects on trust, while trust further significantly affects the college students' continued intention to LibGuides.
