摘 要:根据某低品位铜矿山的试验研究及生产实践,进行了不同品位铜矿石的选冶工艺经济比较,结果表明,品位较低铜矿石更适合生物堆浸工艺,品位较高的铜矿石更适合浮选工艺。若同时采用低品位矿石进行生物堆浸,高品位矿石进行碎磨浮选的联合选冶工艺,将有效地降低采矿境界品位,提高资源的利用率。According to the experimental study and production practice of a low-grade copper mine, the economic analysis of mineral processing-metallurgical technology was carried out. The results showed that biological heap leaching process was more suitable for low-grade copper ore,and flotation process was more suitable for high-grade copper ore. Mineral processing-metallurgical technology, using biological heap leaching for low grade ore combined flotation process for high grade ore at the same time, can effectively reduced the mining state grade, and improved resource utilization.
