摘　　要：根据国外某铜矿矿石的性质,进行了捕收剂种类及其用量的试验、石灰用量试验、起泡剂种类及其用量试验。通过矿石性质研究和选矿工艺试验,最终确定的试验流程为一粗两精两扫,获得了铜精矿品位为24.37%、回收率为94.54%、精矿中含钴0.603%、回收率为52.21%的指标。According to the ore properties of a foreign copper mine, the test of variety and dosage of collector and frother, lime dosage were conducted. Through the study of ore properties and mineral processing technology by test, the final test process, which was one roughing-two cleaning- two scavenging, was determined, and it got the indexes that the grade of copper concentrate was 24.37 % , the recovery rate was 94.54% , the copper concentrate contained cobalt 0. 603% , and the cobalt recovery rate was 52.21%.
