当代大学生的内隐大学观调查研究

摘　　要：大学是孕育人才的基地,大学生持有何种大学观对大学生自身及中国未来的发展影响甚大,对高等院校大学生的内隐大学观进行探究具有重要意义。高等院校大学生内隐大学观的潜在结构中含有知识掌握、理想目标、自立自主、人生历练、自由个性、探索思考、素质能力、友谊爱情8个因素。因此,其潜观念中大学包含如下基本要素:知识的海洋,理想的基石,自主的摇篮,人生的桥梁,个性的舞台,思考的沃土,能力的宝塔,友爱的圣殿。大学的发展应注重文化底蕴的延续发展及内在人文精神的传递。University is the base of training talents. The university concept that the students hold not only influences the future of students themselves but also the national development,so it is significant to conduct a survey on the im-plicit concept of the university that the college students have. It was found that the university concept that students hold is composed of eight factors such as knowledge,ideal goal,self-reliance,life experience,free individuality, quality and ability,friendship and love. According to the implicit university concept of the students,the university has such basic function as the ocean of knowledge,the cornerstone of ideal,the cradle of self-reliance,the bridge of life,the stage of personality,the soil of reflection,the tower of ability and the sanctuary of friendship. The develop-ment of university should attach importance to the continuous development of cultural connotation and the transmis-sion of inherent humanistic spirit.
