摘　　要：目的对心理护理在社区老年高血压患者护理中的作用进行研究,为社区老年高血压患者的护理提供参考。方法以河北省第六人民医院预防保健科2013年2月—2014年2月进行护理的136例老年高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组68例。一组为对照组,进行血压监测和用药指导等常规护理;一组为观察组,在常规护理的基础上进行心理护理。护理2个月后,对研究对象的血压和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行统计学分析。结果观察组血压控制在正常范围内的有60例,血压控制正常率为88.2%,与对照组(64.7%)的差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.462,P<0.01);在症状自评量表的比较中,观察组的各项得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论心理护理应用于社区老年高血压患者的护理中,能够显著改善血压的控制情况,改善临床症状和患者的生活质量,具有重要的临床价值。[Objective]To study the effect of psychological nursing care in community elderly patients with hypertension, provide the reference for nursing care in these patients.[nethods]From February 2013 to February 2014, 136 community elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, 68 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional nursing care of blood pressure monitoring and medication guidance, and the observation group received the psychological nursing care on the basis of conventional nursing care. After 2 months of nursing care, the level of blood pressure and result of Symptom check list-90 （SCL-90） were analyzed statistically. [Results]60 cases in the observation group had the normal level of blood pressure, with the blood pressure control rate of 88.2%, which was higher than that in the control group （64.7%） significantly （~2=10.462, P〈O.O1 ）. The score of every item in SCL-90 of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significan （all P〈0.01 ）.[Conclusion]Psychological nursing care for community elderly patients with hypertension can significantly improve the blood pressure control, relieve clinical symptoms, and enhance the quality of life in patients, which has important clinical value.
