摘　　要：目的通过对十堰市疾病预防控制（疾控）中心的论文发表情况的分析,为基层疾控机构在职人员提高论文发表数量与质量提供新方法 ,为基层疾控中心科研管理提供基础资料和新思路,为疾控系统绩效考核科研目标的实现提供新依据。方法收集十堰市疾控中心实行绩效改革后的2010—2012年度在1个聘用周期内在职职工发表的论文,对其特征与著者进行描述,并使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2010—2012年间论文年均发表数量稳定在40.67篇左右,数量与质量逐年略有下降,其中各职称论文数呈中间大两头小分布,论文作者以40~50岁人员为主（58篇）,学历以本科为主（71篇）,论文性质以分析类为主（89篇）,方向主要是传染病防治与微生物检测,科室以监测检验科与中心管理科室为主。结论有必要调整不利于提高论文数量与质量的版面费报销制度、职称晋升量化评分标准、高级职称管理制度,提高不同职称、学历,专业、科室的论文发表热情与水平。[Objective]To analyze the situation of thesis publication in Shiyan Center for Disease Control and Prevention（CDC ）, provide the new methods for CDC workers to improve the quantity and quality of thesis publication, provide the information and new ideas for scientific research management in grass-roots CDC, and provide the new basis for achieving the goal of scientific research in performance appraisal. [Methods]After the performance reform, the CDC workers~ papers published during an employment period of 2010-2012 were collected, to describe their characteristics and authors, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.[Results]During 2010-2012, the average annual number of thesis publication was 40.67, while the quantity and quality decreased gradually. The authors mainly concentrated on CDC workers with medium-grade professional titles. Most of authors were people aged 40-50 years old （58 papers）, the education level was mainly university degree （71 papers）, the majority of papers focus on analysis （89 papers）, the subjects were chiefly infectious disease control and microbial detection, and the authors were mainly from the monitoring and detection department, and the management department. [Conclusion]It is necessary to change the systems that impede the improvement in quantity and quality of papers, such as page charges reimbursement system, title promotion quantitative evaluation standards, and senior professional title management system, to improve the enthusiasm and level of thesis publication among CDC workers in different professional title, education level, specialty and department.
