清空膏治疗风湿热型偏头痛20例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察清空膏治疗风湿热型偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对20例住院患者使用清空膏,羌活、防风、川芎、黄芩各15g,黄连10g,柴胡15g,炙甘草5g。兼有阳明头痛加葛根50g;火毒热盛加丹皮、山栀各15g;风热盛加桑叶、菊花各10g;伴恶心纳差,舌边有齿痕加姜半夏15g,白术10g。1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、证候积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈13例,显效5例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%(20/20)。[结论]清空膏治疗风湿热型偏头痛,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective] Observe the clinical efficacy of Qingkong Gao to treat wind-heat and wet-heat migraine.[Method] Use prospective Method to treat 20 cases of migraine inpatients with Qingkong Gao,which is composed by Qianghuo,Fangfeng,Chuanqiong,Huangqin each 15 g, Huanglian 10 g, Chaihu 15 g, Zhigancao 5g.The one who has Yangming headache adds Gegen 50g; the one who is fire flaming adds Danpi,Shanzhi each 15g; the one who is deeply of wind-heat adds Sangye,Juhua each 10g; the one who is nausea and vomiting,whose tongue edge has teeth mark adds Jiangbanxia 15 g, Baizhu 10 g. 1 dose/d, decoct with water 150 ml, take orally both in the morning and in the evening. Continuously treating 7d as a course of treatment.Observe the clinical symptoms,symptom score,and adverse reactions. Continuously treat 2 doses and judge the curative effect.[Results] 13 cases were cured; 5 cases were obviously effective;2 cases were improved. 0 cases were ineffective, the total efficiency is 100%. [Conclusion] Qingkong Gao treating wind-heat and wet-heat migraine has satisfied effect, without side-effect, and worth popularization.
