滋水清肝饮治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征94例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察滋水清肝饮治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征疗效。[方法]采用前瞻性设计方法,94例门诊患者避风寒、畅情志、慎起居,适度运动。滋水清肝饮(银柴胡15g,栀子、熟地黄各10g,山茱萸、山药、牡丹皮、秦艽、地骨皮、知母、淫羊藿各15g,盐黄柏、五味子各10g;汗出明显加黄芪、浮小麦;腰膝酸痛加杜仲、怀牛膝;胸胁乳胀加制香附、橘核;腹胀加枳壳、大腹皮;失眠加夜交藤、酸枣仁),1剂/2d,水煎300m L,3次/d。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、主症积分、雌激素、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]显效57例,有效29例,无效8例,总有效率91.30%。主症积分均有改善(P<0.01)。内分泌激素均有改善(P<0.01)。[结论]滋水清肝饮治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]Concept water NQGD treatment of kidney Liver Depression Syndrome perimenopause. [Methods] A prospective design, 94 cases of outpatients sheltered cold, Emotions, careful living, moderate exercise. Shigemi NQGD（Yinchaihu 15 g, Zhizi,Shudihuang 10 g, Shanzhuyu,Shanyao,Mudanpi,Qinjiu,Digupi,Zh imu,Yinyanghuo 15 g, salt Treats, Schisandra 10g; sweating obviously Astragalus, floating wheat; waist and knee pain Delgado Chung, Achyranthes; chest breast swelling plus Cyperus, Juhe; bloating plus Citrus aurantium, Arecae; insomnia plus night Kodo, Semen）, 1/2d, decoction 300 m L, 3 times / d. 14 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, the main symptoms integration, estrogen, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of two courses, determine efficacy. [Results] 57 cases markedly effective in 29 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 91.30%. Integration of TCM main symptoms were improved（P〈0.05）. Endocrine hormones were improved（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Shigemi NQGD Kidney Liver Depression treatment of perimenopausal syndrome effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
