益气养阴活血方与血脂康联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气养阴活血方及血脂康联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按掷骰子方法简单随机分为两组。对照组35例波尼松,1mg/kg,1次/d;双嘧达莫,50mg/次,3次/d;血脂康,0.6g/次,2次/d。治疗组35例益气养阴活血方(地鳖虫、地龙、川芎各10g,丹参20g,葛根、知母、生地黄各10g,山药30g,山茱萸、茯苓各10g,当归12g,白术30g,党参15g,黄芪30g;蛋白尿加黄芪40g,接骨木30g;血压高加钩藤20g,菊花15g;肝胆湿热加茵陈12g,龙胆草9g;血尿加白茅根15g,小蓟10g;纳差加山楂炒、麦芽炒各10g;湿邪困脾加川朴、姜半夏各10g),1剂/d,清水浸泡10h,1000m L水煎至300m L,早晚口服;其他治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、三酰甘油、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效9例,有效21例,无效5例,总有效率85.71%。对照组显效3例,有效13例,无效19例,总有效率45.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]益气养阴活血方及血脂康联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,值得推广。[Objective]To observe Xuezhikang Recipe and diabetic nephropathy combined with western medicine. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 70 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomized into two groups. The control group 35 cases prednisone acetate tablets, 1mg / kg, 1 times / d; dipyridamole tablets, 50 mg / time, 3 times / d; Xuezhikang, 0.6g / times, 2 times / d. Treatment group 35 cases. Recipe（Dibiechong,Dilong,Chuanxiong10 g, Danshen 20 g,Gegen,Zhimu,Shengdihuang 10 g, Shanyao 30 g, Shanzhuyu,Fuling 10 g, Danggui 12 g, Baizhu 30 g, Dangshen 15 g, Huangqi 30g; proteinuria Huangqi 40 g,Jiegumu 30g; high blood pressure plus Gouteng 20 g,Juhua 15g; gallbladder damp heat plus Yinchen 12 g,Longdancao 9g; hematuria plus Baimaogen 15 g, Xiaoji 10g; anorexia plus Shanzha,Maiya each 10g; dampness spleen Chuanpu,Jiangbanxia 10g）, 1/ d, water immersion 10 h, 1000 m L decoction to 300 m L, sooner or later, oral; other treatment with the control group. 30 d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, 24 h urinary protein, serum creatinine, triglycerides, adverse reactions. A continuous course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]Treatment group 9 cases, effective 21 cases, ineffective in five cases, the total efficiency of 85.71%. A control group that were three cases, effective 13 cases, ineffective in 19 cases, the total efficiency of 45.71%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.01）. Symptom scores were improved in both groups（P〈0.05）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] and kidney disease. Recipe combined effects of Western medicine to treat diabetes Xuezhikang significant, worthy of promotion.
