肾宝灵联合西药治疗慢性肾功能不全随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察肾宝灵联合西药治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。常规治疗,降血压、纠正酸碱失衡、改善电解质紊乱、抗炎抗感染、优质低蛋白及低磷饮食。对照组28例冠心胶囊,1.4g/次,3次/d。治疗组28例肾宝灵(生牡蛎20g,太子参、黄芪各15g,丹参、川芎各12g,淫羊藿10g,冬虫夏草另煎,取渣嚼服、甘草各5g,大黄后下3g),1剂/d,水煎250m L,早中晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血清总蛋白(STP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效7例,有效17例,无效4例,总有效率85.71%。对照组显效3例,有效14例,无效11例,总有效率64.29%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。相关指标两组大部分有改善(P<0.05),小部分无改善(P>0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]肾宝灵联合西药治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Kidney spirit combined with western treatment of chronic renal insufficiency effect. [Methods] Uses random parallel control method, 56 cases of hospitalized patients with treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups. Conventional therapy, blood pressure, correct acid-base imbalance, improve electrolyte imbalance, anti-inflammatory anti-infection, high quality protein and low phosphorus diet. 28 cases in the control group CHD Capsules, 1.4g / time, 3 times / d. Treatment group, 28 patients Kidney spirit, raw oysters 20 g, heterophylla, astragalus 15 g, Salvia, Chuanxiong 12 g, Epimedium 10 g, Cordyceps other fried, take slag Juefu, licorice 5g, rhubarb under 3g, 1/ d, decoction 250 m L, early in the evening orally. 30 d for a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, serum creatinine（Scr）, blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, creatinine clearance（Ccr）, serum total protein（STP）, serum albumin（ALB）, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [Results]Treatment group seven cases, effective in 17 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of 85.71%. Group 3 cases markedly effective in 14 cases, 11 cases, the total efficiency of 64.29%. Treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Most groups related indicators improved（P〈0.05）, no small part of the improvement（P〉0.05）, to improve the treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Kidney spirit combined with western treatment of chronic renal insufficiency were satisfactory, no side effects, it is worth promoting.
