针刺联合单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂治疗周围性面瘫40例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺联合单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂治疗周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对40例住院/门诊患者使用单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂4m L+0.9%氯化钠100m L,1次/d,静点。针刺(患侧印堂、攒足、丝足空、阳白、四白、承泣、迎香、太阳、水沟、承浆、地仓、合谷、足三里等),头部疼痛加百会、四神聪;耳鸣加听宫、听会;耳后疼痛加风池、翳风,平补平泻,深刺,以患者能耐受为度,1次/d,留针30min。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、面神经功能、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈10例,显效16例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率85.00%。[结论]针刺联合单唾液酸四已糖神经节苷脂,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the effects of acupuncture combining with Single sialic acid ganglioside has four sugar in the treatment of facial paralysis.[Methods]Use a forward-looking design Method,40 cases of inpatient and outpatient using Single sialic acid ganglioside has four sugar 1.0 g＋0.9% sodium chloride injection 100 ml 1times/d static points, acupuncture（take one side Yin tang, save, silk white foot empty, Yang, four white, st 1, yingxiang, sun, ditch, pulp, warehouse, or valley, three mile,etc）,add Hundreds, four god astute when head pain; Tinnitus and listen to the palace, hearing; Ear pain after add the wind pool, yifeng, Method of filling-in xie, the more deep, patients can tolerate as degrees,treatment of 1/d, continuous treatment for 1 week to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, facial nerve function, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 course, judge curative effect.[Results] 10 cases were cured, 16 cases had marked effect, improvement in 8 cases, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 85.00%.[Conclusion] Acupuncture combined single sialic acid has four sugar ganglioside, curative effect is satisfied, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
