摘　　要：构建和完善现代大学制度,完善大学治理结构,建立高校自我发展、自我管理、自我激励、自我约束相结合的管理和运行机制,是当前高等院校应遵循的理性逻辑和现实选择。当前大学内部治理存在着政治权力异化、行政权力泛化、学术权力虚化、民主权力弱化等问题,为了实现大学的可持续发展,大学内部治理改革必将走向大学自治、科学管理、依法治校、内部问责、民主管理。Constructing and improving the modern university system, improving the governance structure of the university, colleges and universities to establish self-development, self-management, self-motivation, management and operation mechanism of self-restraint as the current combination of higher learning should follow a rational logical and realistic choice. The existence of issues about the current University is the internal governance of political alienation of power,the executive power of generalization, academic authority blur, weakening of democratic power, in order to achieve sustainable development of the University, the University is bound to the internal governance reform of university autonomy, scientific management, law school, internal accountability, democratic management.
