摘 要:目的 建立饮用水中多种挥发性卤代烃的分析方法。方法采用顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中的三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、二氯一溴甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、四氯乙烯和三溴甲烷7种挥发性卤代烃。结果在所建立的实验条件下各组分的线性相关系数R均〉0.999,方法检出限为0.003~0.570μg/L,平均回收率为95%~102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.96%~2.85%。结论建立的分析方法操作简便,准确度高,满足同时测定水源水和饮用水中多种挥发性卤代烃分析要求。[Objective]To establish the method for the determination of volatile halocarbons in drinking water. [Methods]The contents of seven volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water, which included chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene, dDibronochloromethane, chloride dibromomethane, tetrachloroethylene and bromoform, were determined by headspace gas chromatography. [Results]Under the optimized experimental conditions, all the seven halogenated hydrocarbons had good correlation with linear correlations coefficient R 〉0.999. The detection limits were 0.003-0.570 μg/L, the average recovery rates were between 95% and 102.4%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were 0.96%-2.85%.[ Conclusion]The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it suitable for the simultaneous determination of volatile halocarbons in drinking water and source water.
