摘　　要：目的研究参芩抗辐射凝胶(SQ)对UVB照射所致小鼠皮肤及免疫系统损伤的保护作用。方法采用SQ处置、UVB照射小鼠后,观察其对小鼠脏器指数,皮肤组织形态学,血液中白细胞、血小板等改变;应用MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞转化率,醇生化法检测皮肤匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果 SQ能够增加小鼠胸腺指数及白细胞计数,提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率及小鼠皮肤组织中SOD活性。结论 SQ能够抵御UVB照射及对小鼠免疫系统、皮肤组织有明显的保护作用。Objective： To study the protective effects of the ShenQin Antivirus Capsule （SQ） on the mice＇ s skin and immune system impaired by UVB radiation. Methods： After the administration of SQ and UVB irradiation, the changes of mice organ indexes, skin tissue morphology and the varieties of leukocyte as well as platelet in blood were observed; the lymphocyte transformation rate of spleen was determined by the MIT and the activity of SOD in skin homogenate by the biochemical method. Results： The SQ could increase the thymus indexes of mice, elevate the lymphocyte transformation rate and stimulate the activity of SOD in mice skin tissues. Conclusion： The SQ can fight against the UVB irradiation to protect the immune system and skin tissues of mice.
