摘  要:目的研究参芩抗辐射凝胶(SQ)对UVB照射所致小鼠皮肤及免疫系统损伤的保护作用。方法采用SQ处置、UVB照射小鼠后,观察其对小鼠脏器指数,皮肤组织形态学,血液中白细胞、血小板等改变;应用MTT法检测脾淋巴细胞转化率,醇生化法检测皮肤匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果 SQ能够增加小鼠胸腺指数及白细胞计数,提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率及小鼠皮肤组织中SOD活性。结论 SQ能够抵御UVB照射及对小鼠免疫系统、皮肤组织有明显的保护作用。Objective: To study the protective effects of the ShenQin Antivirus Capsule (SQ) on the mice' s skin and immune system impaired by UVB radiation. Methods: After the administration of SQ and UVB irradiation, the changes of mice organ indexes, skin tissue morphology and the varieties of leukocyte as well as platelet in blood were observed; the lymphocyte transformation rate of spleen was determined by the MIT and the activity of SOD in skin homogenate by the biochemical method. Results: The SQ could increase the thymus indexes of mice, elevate the lymphocyte transformation rate and stimulate the activity of SOD in mice skin tissues. Conclusion: The SQ can fight against the UVB irradiation to protect the immune system and skin tissues of mice.
